Summary

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end partnerships with content creators and influencers, oversee contract compliance and campaign content, maintain accurate partnership records, and support post-production and sourcing processes. Analyze partnership performance data and collaborate cross-functionally to align the influencer channel with company strategy.
Skills & Tools: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and project management abilities, data interpretation and analytical capabilities, and creative problem-solving with attention to detail. Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications: MBA student preferred; prior marketing experience through work, clubs, side projects, or other activities required. Understanding of data analysis and ability to assess partnership success metrics essential.
Location: Remote, East Coast of the United States
Compensation: $35.00 – $40.00/hour (estimated 20 hours/week for Summer 2025)

About The Role: 

Reporting to our performance marketing lead, the MBA influencer marketing intern will partner cross-functionally to drive home major objectives for our team’s growth. They will also get an in-depth look at the mechanics, operations and analytics that drive performance marketing and community growth, and have the opportunity to create change at a rapidly growing startup.

As an Influencer Marketing Intern, you will be in charge of managing personal relationships with external content creators to support the company’s growth and brand initiatives under the guidance and coaching of a manager and team goals. In this role, you will work directly with influencers, content creators, and agents on the creation of content for the company’s brand and growth marketing functions.

Essential Functions and Impact Areas: 

  • Ensure a positive creator experience by executing end-to-end partnership management in a timely manner
  • Work with manager to ensure all influencer contracts and campaign content are brand, and legally compliant
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of influencer partnerships and regularly share out partnership performance to inform future opportunities and strategy
  • Take lead on the post-production process and sourcing under the guidance of manager
  • Actively learn about the roles of cross-functional teams to fully understand how the Influencer channel fits into the company’s overall strategy.

Competencies and Skills:

  • Some marketing experience from work, clubs, side projects or other activities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational and project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to produce accurate and quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Logical thinking and a general understanding of how to interpret data to analyze and assess the success of partnerships
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to suggest ideas on current team campaigns and influencer partnerships
  • Exhibits a “get-stuff-done” attitude while regularly communicating their working bandwidth with their manager

Details: 

  • Location: We're looking for someone who will be located on the East Coast of the United States. 
  • Hourly rate: The hourly rate for this role will be $35.00-$40.00.  
  • Estimated hours: This role is estimated to work 20 hours/week throughout Summer 2025.
