Role Snapshot

K-12 Success Manager supporting K-8 literacy through an AI-powered tutoring platform in Southern California. Build trusted relationships with district leadership, drive product usage, and ensure high customer satisfaction and renewals.

Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with district leadership, manage accounts to drive usage of the tutoring platform, provide product expertise, and use data-driven insights to demonstrate value and mitigate risk.
Skills & Tools: Customer success experience in EdTech SaaS, strong relationship management and communication skills, ability to implement software solutions, data analysis capabilities, and knowledge of Reading Assessment and Science of Reading research preferred.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience required; 2+ years of customer success experience in EdTech SaaS with proven 90%+ renewals rate and achievement of expansion goals. Preferred experience in education administration, start-ups, and data-driven instruction.
Location: California
Compensation: $100K–$130K/yr
