Summary
The Family Services Coordinator at Acelero Learning develops and implements family service strategies to promote family outcomes supporting children's school readiness and well-being through community engagement and evidence-based approaches.
Key Responsibilities: Manages family services initiatives including recruitment, enrollment, and compliance with Head Start standards; oversees ERSEA staff; coaches family services staff on assessment and goal-setting; coordinates cross-functional teams to enhance family life practices and reduce chronic absence.
Skills & Tools: Bachelor's degree in Family Services or related field; supervisory experience; strong community relationship skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; data-informed decision-making and quality improvement expertise.
Qualifications: Minimum three years of experience working with diverse families in low-income communities; CPR and First Aid certification required within six months; flexible hours required.
Location: Hybrid in Walton, Wisconsin, United States of America with up to 10% local travel
Compensation: $66,359/year
