Key Responsibilities: Develops and implements transformation strategies, manages cross-functional teams through change initiatives, and monitors progress against strategic objectives. Analyzes business processes, identifies improvement opportunities, and communicates transformation vision across the organization.
Skills & Tools: Strong strategic planning, change management, and business analysis capabilities with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in data analysis, project management, and ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field with 5+ years of strategy, transformation, or business improvement experience. Demonstrated success leading organizational change initiatives and managing complex cross-functional projects.
