Summary

Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for data center operations staff across Serverfarm's global infrastructure. Ensure operational excellence and safety compliance by equipping teams with the knowledge to leverage the InCommand platform and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and update training curricula, coordinate training schedules, deliver in-person and virtual sessions to data center personnel, and assess trainee competency. Collaborate with operations teams to identify training needs and measure training effectiveness across multiple facility locations.

Skills & Tools: Strong instructional design and adult learning principles; excellent communication and presentation abilities. Technical knowledge of data center operations, familiarity with learning management systems, and ability to work with diverse, geographically dispersed teams.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education, training, business, or related field; 2-4 years of training coordination or instructional design experience. Experience in technical or operations environments preferred; certification in training delivery or instructional design is a plus.

Location: US

Compensation: Estimated: $55,000 – $75,000/year based on coordinator-level role in data center operations, US location, and mid-sized technology infrastructure company
