Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging onboarding workshops, coordinate induction sessions, and maintain facilitator guides and participant materials. Skills & Tools: Strong facilitation and training delivery skills, excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, and proficiency in instructional design and learning content development. Experience with program coordination, feedback analysis, and collaborative stakeholder engagement required.
Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training delivery, onboarding program management, or learning and development roles. Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, business, or related field preferred; relevant professional certifications in training or L&D valued.

Compensation: AED 72K–AED 108K/yr (estimated)

About the Role

We're seeking an engaging and experienced Onboarding Trainer to join a dynamic Learning & Development team within a leading industrial organization in the UAE.

In this role, you'll lead the delivery of the organization's employee onboarding program, creating a welcoming and engaging experience for new hires while helping them build the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed. Beyond facilitation, you'll partner with stakeholders across the business to continuously enhance onboarding content, improve the learner experience, and contribute to additional internal learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging onboarding and induction workshops for new employees.

  • Coordinate onboarding sessions and ensure participants are prepared for a successful learning experience.

  • Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to keep onboarding content accurate, relevant, and up to date.

  • Continuously improve onboarding materials based on business updates and participant feedback.

  • Maintain facilitator guides, participant materials, and supporting documentation.

  • Design and develop additional internal learning solutions and training materials as needed.

  • Support broader Learning & Development initiatives that strengthen employee capability across the organization.
