Role Snapshot

Design and develop leadership development and professional skills learning programs across multiple modalities (ILT, vILT, blended) for an experienced learning solutions company. Drive the creation of engaging, behavior-focused learning experiences that build coaching, emotional intelligence, communication, and people management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities: Design leadership and professional skills learning programs; create facilitator guides, participant materials, storyboards, and learning assets; develop engaging ILT and vILT experiences with activities, simulations, and role-plays; build eLearning modules using Storyline, Rise, and Vyond; partner with SMEs and stakeholders to deliver impactful learning solutions.
Skills & Tools: Advanced instructional design expertise with proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Vyond; strong experience designing leadership development, communication, coaching, and emotional intelligence programs; ability to create engaging blended learning solutions, facilitate stakeholder collaboration, and manage multiple concurrent deliverables.
Qualifications: 8+ years of instructional design experience with significant specialization in leadership development and professional skills learning programs; proven track record designing across ILT, vILT, and blended learning environments.
Location: In-Person - NOIDA, India
Compensation: ₹1.2M–₹2M/yr (estimated)

Job Description

Learning Experience Designer (LXD) | Leadership Development & Professional Skills | Onsite, Noida or Pune | Open to India-based candidates only

Employment type: Full-time employee role

Work model: This is a fully onsite position based in either our Noida or Pune office

We're seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer with 8+ years of instructional design experience and a proven track record designing leadership development, communication, coaching, emotional intelligence, people management, and other behavior-focused learning programs.

This is not a generalist instructional design role. We're looking for someone who has significant experience designing leadership and professional skills learning solutions across ILT, vILT, and blended learning environments.

What You'll Do

  • Design leadership, professional skills, and organizational effectiveness learning programs

  • Create facilitator guides, participant materials, storyboards, and learning assets

  • Design engaging ILT and vILT experiences, including activities, simulations, role-plays, and breakout exercises

  • Develop blended learning solutions that combine live learning with digital learning assets

  • Build eLearning modules and supporting resources using tools such as Storyline, Rise, and Vyond

  • Partner with SMEs, stakeholders, and Learning Experience Architects to create impactful learning experiences

  • Incorporate feedback, maintain quality standards, and manage multiple deliverables
