Summary
Lead product development for Superhuman's Cross Product Services team, defining strategy and roadmap for foundational services that power multi-product experiences including account management, user provisioning, and team structures. This strategic role shapes critical infrastructure impacting customer experiences across the Superhuman product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities: Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for cross-product services; own the vision, design, and evolution of shared systems managing accounts, team structures, and user provisioning. Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to scale systems, enable new business models, and drive cross-company adoption of scalable services.
Skills & Tools: Proficient in building shared services, platform services, and APIs with strong technical platform depth. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to align stakeholders, manage ambiguity, and work independently with minimal guidance.
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience building shared and platform services, with experience in enterprise environments supporting complex requirements like hub and spoke models and sophisticated team management. Demonstrated ability to drive learning and execution in ambiguous product areas with proven track record in fast-paced environments.
Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, California, United States
Compensation: $206,000 – $284,000/year
