Summary
Director I, AP Calculus Curriculum and Assessment leads enhancement initiatives for AP Calculus exams, curricula, and professional development while integrating AI technologies to strengthen assessment validity and quality.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee assessment development for AP Calculus, manage item development from authoring to administration, train subject-matter experts on assessment protocols, and collaborate with educational stakeholders to develop formative assessment materials and resources for AP Calculus teachers worldwide.
Skills & Tools: Excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in standardized assessment development, ability to translate between academics and technical experts, and experience ethically integrating AI technologies in assessment creation and review.
Qualifications: Master's degree in mathematics or a closely related field required; doctorate in mathematics, teaching experience, and familiarity with digital assessment platforms strongly preferred.
Location: New York
Compensation: $96K–$135K/yr
