Role Snapshot

Director of Strategic FP&A at Penn Foster Group who drives financial strategy supporting the mission of expanding access to affordable, career-relevant education. Partners with senior leadership to align financial performance with organizational objectives across B2B and B2C channels.

Key Responsibilities: Lead financial strategy execution, oversee enterprise FP&A processes, develop financial models, and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making. Mentor the FP&A team, manage budgeting and forecasting, build KPI dashboards, and evaluate ROI for new initiatives.
Skills & Tools: Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, proficiency in BI and analytics platforms, exceptional communication and presentation abilities, and collaborative mindset. Deep understanding of education and workforce development sectors with experience managing complex B2B and B2C financial dynamics.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. 10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience with 5+ years in leadership roles.
Location: United States
Compensation: $130K–$180K/yr
