Skills & Tools: Bilingual Spanish/English fluency, telehealth and EHR proficiency, evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT preferred), and cultural competency in serving Latino youth and families.
Qualifications: Active LSW or LPC license in Illinois required; experience with school-based or youth-focused mental health preferred. Pre-licensure candidates cannot be hired at this time.
Location: Remote - IL
Compensation: $40–$50/hr

Daybreak Health is actively recruiting bilingual Spanish/English therapists to serve our growing caseload of Latino students and families across Illinois. This is a remote, associate-level role (LSW or LPC) with free supervision, guaranteed pay, and flexible scheduling.

The Work

You'll provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students in IL school districts, collaborating with school counselors and families. You'll participate in case consultations and contribute to clinical program development as we grow.

What You Need

  • Active LSW or LPC in Illinois (required — we are not able to hire pre-licensure candidates at this time)
  • Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
  • Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families
  • Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
  • Available Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings (weekend slots also available)

Preferred

  • Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities
  • Prior school-based or youth-focused experience
  • Active NPI and CAQH
Pay Range
$40$50 USD
