Role Snapshot
Technical Project Coordinator at Leepfrog Technologies facilitates the setup and implementation of CourseLeaf products for higher education clients. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, setting the tone for the client experience with the company.
Key Responsibilities: Track client communications and project status, manage client onboarding, organize project plans and priorities, prepare meeting materials and documentation, and support implementation activities. Act as liaison between internal departments and clients to ensure timely problem resolution and quality implementation.
Skills & Tools: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong customer service, teamwork, planning, problem-solving, and flexibility. Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft products required, with working knowledge of Leepfrog software, integration packages, and database management.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and minimum one year of relevant job experience preferred. Strong understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft products, and demonstrated customer service skills essential.
Location: Coralville, Iowa
Compensation: $50K–$70K/yr
