Role Snapshot
Senior Business Recruiter role at Superhuman (Grammarly) responsible for managing the full recruiting funnel from sourcing through onboarding, with a focus on driving outcomes and advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Design and lead end-to-end sourcing strategies, build partnerships with hiring managers, optimize screening and interview frameworks, analyze recruiting data for continuous improvement, and lead diversity and inclusion efforts across the recruiting journey.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication and collaboration abilities, independent work ethic with ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, pattern recognition and process improvement skills, and comfort working in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with at least 5 years of relevant recruiting experience. Demonstrated ability to work independently, proactively manage priorities, and thrive in collaborative cross-functional settings.

Compensation: $152K–$209K/yr
