Summary

The Pilot Coordinator serves as the central point of contact for K-12 education pilot programs at Amplify Education, orchestrating logistics and communication between internal departments and district participants to ensure successful pilot execution.

Key Responsibilities: Orchestrate pilot logistics across departments, gather district-specific information from schools and account executives, initiate pilot opportunities, maintain transparent communication with participants, and provide administrative support through the Admin Portal.
Skills & Tools: Strong organizational and customer service abilities, proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce required), and experience with Google Suite preferred; ability to maintain accurate records and manage cross-functional communication.
Qualifications: BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience with 1-3 years in a related field and 1+ years of CRM system experience; 3+ years of K-12 education experience preferred.
Location: Remote within the United States with required travel 2-4 times per year for in-person meetings.
Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000/year

We're looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Pilot Coordinator to be the central point of access for our pilot users. In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and successful experience for districts and schools participating in our pilots.

You'll work cross-functionally, bridging communication gaps and meticulously tracking progress to guarantee that every pilot runs efficiently from start to finish. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and love bringing all the pieces together, we want to hear from you!

Essential Responsibilities:

Orchestrate Pilot Logistics: 

  • Partner closely with all departments involved in the pilot lifecycle, including Sales Support, Materials, Technical Onboarding Team), and the dedicated Pilot Support team, to ensure seamless execution.

Gather Essential Information: 

  • Collaborate closely with customer contacts and Account Executives to ensure a smooth partnership and engagement throughout the pilot.
  • Collect crucial district and school-specific logistical details to effectively tailor each pilot.

Initiate Pilot Opportunities: 

  • Collaborate with Sales Support to create and track pilot opportunities.
  • Work with the Materials Support team to provide shipping logistic information for pilot materials

Maintain Communication & Transparency:

  • Monitor pilot progress diligently and provide regular, transparent updates to participating districts and schools.

Serve as Key Contact: 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our internal order exceptions, submitting material inquiries and addressing needs as they arise.

Provide Administrative Support:

  • Utilize the Admin Portal to perform tasks and provide support on behalf of our customers, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of work experience in a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com
  • Proven experience providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong ability to maintain accurate records and documentation of business information.
  • Ability to travel periodically (2-4 times a year for in-person meetings).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Google Suite.
  • Proficiency with Macintosh operating systems and basic keyboard commands
  • 3+ years of professional work experience in the K-12 education space
  • Interest in self-improvement through industry research, training, and experience to enhance product and market knowledge.

What we offer:

Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $50,000.00 - $60,000.00. This role is eligible for commission-based pay.
