Lead the implementation, integration, and management of enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning content delivery platforms. Drive scalable learning solutions across K–12, higher education, and corporate environments.
Key Responsibilities: Lead LMS implementation, migration, configuration, and administration across multiple platforms (Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, D2L Brightspace, Open edX); manage integrations with SIS/HRMS systems and third-party tools via API/LTI; oversee eLearning content creation and ensure compliance with digital learning standards; mentor and manage the Content Technology team.
Skills & Tools: Expert knowledge of multiple LMS platforms, content authoring tools (Articulate 360, H5P, Learnosity), API/LTI integrations, and automation workflows; strong project management, communication, and team leadership capabilities; understanding of accessibility compliance (WCAG) and digital learning standards (SCORM, xAPI, QTI).
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with 8+ years of experience in LMS implementation and digital learning projects. Demonstrated expertise across multiple LMS platforms, content authoring tools, and integration methodologies.

Job Title: Content Technology Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a Content Technology Manager to lead the implementation, integration, and management of enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning content delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LMS platforms, content authoring tools, and digital learning standards, with a proven track record in delivering scalable learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead LMS implementation, migration, configuration, and administration (Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, D2L Brightspace, Open edX).
Manage LMS integrations with SIS/HRMS and third-party tools via API/LTI.
Oversee eLearning content creation using tools like Articulate 360, H5P, and Learnosity.
Ensure compliance with SCORM, xAPI, LTI, QTI, WCAG standards.
Drive project execution, from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality.
Provide training and support for internal teams, vendors, and clients.
Support automation initiatives for content migration and delivery.
Manage and mentor the Content Technology team members ensuring their utilization, productivity, quality and upskilling based on market needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, or related field.
8+ years of experience in LMS implementation and digital learning projects.
Strong knowledge of multiple LMS platforms and content authoring tools.
Experience with API/LTI integrations and automation workflows.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Preferred
Understanding of accessibility compliance for digital learning.
Familiarity with custom LTI app development and LMS automation tools.
Exposure to K–12, higher education, and corporate environments.
