Role Snapshot

Lead Scrum Master in the PMO department responsible for facilitating Agile and SAFe practices across multiple teams to ensure predictable delivery outcomes. Drive program-level planning, risk management, stakeholder collaboration, and governance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: Facilitate iteration and PI planning, coordinate cross-team dependencies, manage RAID activities, and conduct Agile ceremonies including retrospectives and reviews. Provide executive reporting on project health, drive issue resolution, manage delivery impacts from change requests, and adapt governance practices to organizational needs.
Skills & Tools: Advanced expertise in SAFe, Agile, and Scrum methodologies with proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Trello. Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management abilities with structured problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Qualifications: 7+ years total experience with 5+ years in relevant Agile/PMO roles; B.E/B.Tech degree or equivalent required. Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) preferred; demonstrated experience leading teams of 10+ members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and facilitate Agile teams by applying SAFe, Agile, and Scrum principles to drive predictable and successful delivery outcomes.
  • Facilitate iteration and PI planning while coordinating integrated delivery plans, schedules, governance, and execution across multiple teams and workstreams.
  • Proactively manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID), facilitating SAFe ROAM activities to ensure risks are effectively Resolved, Owned, Accepted, or Mitigated throughout the Program Increment.
  • Foster effective stakeholder collaboration through transparent communication, delivery reporting, and proactive management of expectations.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-team dependencies, fostering collaboration and timely resolution of blockers.
  • Coordinate delivery impacts arising from approved change requests, supporting planning, prioritization, dependency management, and implementation readiness.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, team planning sessions, retrospectives, reviews, and delivery governance forums.
  • Partner with technical and business teams to manage delivery challenges, competing priorities, and evolving requirements.
  • Drive issue resolution through structured problem-solving, decision-making, and escalation management.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and consensus-building across teams and stakeholders to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Adapt delivery approaches and governance practices to align with organization-specific delivery models, processes, and business needs.
  • Provide regular status updates, executive communications, and actionable insights on project health, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.
  • Utilize tools and software such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or other Agile project management tools
  • Agile certification like CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP etc is good to have
  • Has led a team of min 10 and who can ensure delivery
  • Open to work from Pune Office (desirable)
  • Good communication
  • Can join immediately (preferred)
