Skills & Tools: Strategic thinking and program management expertise with knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project), and strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (Master's preferred) with 8+ years of program/project management experience and minimum 3 years in a leadership role managing complex eLearning programs and cross-functional teams.
Location: In-Person - Pune, India
Compensation: ₹1.2M–₹1.8M/yr (estimated)

Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-oriented and strategic Project Manager to lead our eLearning division. This leadership role will oversee the delivery of key eLearning programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale eLearning programs, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring on-time and within-budget project execution. The Project Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing program strategies, driving operational excellence, and ensuring successful program delivery

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the execution of eLearning programs, ensuring successful delivery of high-priority initiatives across multiple teams.
  • Develop and implement project strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage and mentor a team of managers, ensuring optimal performance and successful outcomes.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Manage resources, budgets, and timelines, balancing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Foster and promote best practices in project management across the organization.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring teams are equipped to overcome challenges.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to define and prioritize program goals in alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Designers, Developers, Content Creators) to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Track project performance and outcomes to ensure high-quality delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in program/project management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing complex eLearning programs, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of project/program management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align program goals with organizational objectives.
  • Proven ability to manage large teams and collaborate across departments.
  • Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage remote teams and projects effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP or similar project/program management certification.
  • Experience in the eLearning or EdTech sector.
  • Familiarity with K12 education standards and content development.
  • Proven experience in driving continuous improvement and implementing best practices in program management.
