We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This role requires a highly collaborative strategic thinker who can effectively position our software and services solutions in the market, conduct competitive analysis, and collaborate with sales and product teams. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in product marketing and a passion for delivering impactful go-to-market strategies that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Positioning and Messaging:
- Develop and refine compelling product positioning and messaging that highlights the unique value of our software and services solutions.
- Tailor messaging for different market segments, personas, and use cases.
Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth competitive research to identify industry trends, threats, and opportunities.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies that differentiate our solutions in the marketplace.
Sales Enablement:
- Partner with the sales, account management, and partner success teams to drive understanding of key value messaging and positioning to inform the creation of various assets and enablement materials, including sales decks, playbooks, demos, and training sessions.
- Provide clear and concise talking points to address customer pain points and objections.
Product and Solutions Roadmap:
- Collaborate with the product management team to inform and influence the product and solutions roadmap based on market trends and customer feedback.
- Act as the voice of the customer to ensure the roadmap aligns with market needs.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years of product marketing experience, preferably in higher education.
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Ability to distill value messaging to the most impactful articulation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in competitive analysis tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
- Ability to drive productive dialogue with executive level stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred but not required).

Salary: $85,000-$95,000
