Job Title: Partner Success Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Partner Success Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic partners in Tampa, ensuring their success from onboarding through renewal. This is a role for someone that has a sales mindset and hustle mentality, coupled with a passion for and experience in education. This is a remote role that will involve working with and regularly visiting our customers in Tampa and surrounding areas and may involve working outside of regular business hours to support our customers, including some nights and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with strategic partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, needs, and issues.
- Conduct regular onsite check-ins with our partners to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Design and implement an effective onboarding process for new partners.
- Execute a partner success strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities for growth and collaboration with partners.
- Provide comprehensive training and resources to partners to maximize their success with our products.
- Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Analyze partner data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Generate detailed reports on partner success metrics.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive partner strategies.
- Aid in solving customer Support issues across the entire customer base
Qualifications:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in an education or a related field.
- 3+ years of prior experience as a preschool or elementary school teacher, preferably within a public school.
- Fluency in Spanish, written and spoken
- Proven track record of initiative, hustle, grit, self-motivation and the ability to work independently. You find resiliency in the face of obstacles and to find creative solutions
- A strong advocate for early childhood education.
- You have world-class communication, networking and presentation skills. All of your current customers love you.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret partner data.
- You are an organizational whiz and enthusiastic to try new project management tools and techniques.
- Comfort in making outreach telephone calls to engage providers and teachers.
- Willingness to travel including weekends, and attend events during evening hours.

This is a full-time position working on a hybrid schedule based in Tampa. The salary range for this full-time position is $70,000 to $ 80,000 USD + bonus and stock options. Total compensation offered will depend on work experience and skill level.
