Role Snapshot
The Multimedia Producer creates and executes compelling multimedia content (images, videos, podcasts) that showcases the College's excellence and communicates its mission to stakeholders. The role manages the complete production lifecycle while supervising student employees and reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, produce, and execute multimedia content across various formats while overseeing all aspects of production from conception to completion. Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment while supervising and mentoring student employees.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in multimedia production software, video/audio editing, photography, and content creation. Strong project management, communication, and supervisory skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in multimedia, communications, marketing, or related field with 2-3 years of professional multimedia production experience. Demonstrated expertise in producing professional-quality multimedia content and experience managing or supervising team members.
Location: In-Person
Compensation: $55K–$85K/yr (estimated)
