Role Snapshot
Senior Technical Recruiter at Superhuman (formerly Grammarly) responsible for owning the complete technical recruiting funnel and driving hiring outcomes from sourcing through onboarding. The role focuses on strategic sourcing, candidate experience optimization, and building partnerships with stakeholders to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities: Design and lead end-to-end sourcing strategies, manage interview frameworks, analyze recruiting funnel data, and drive process improvements across all recruitment stages. Build partnerships with hiring managers, develop employment branding initiatives, and lead diversity and inclusion efforts while ensuring seamless cross-team alignment.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication and collaboration abilities with the capacity to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Pattern-matching capability, analytical skills for data-driven decision making, and demonstrated ability to elevate candidate experiences while building trusted advisor relationships.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 5 years of relevant recruiting experience, preferably in technical recruiting roles. Must demonstrate ability to work proactively with minimal guidance, analyze and execute work efficiently, and thrive in results-driven environments.

Compensation: $152Kβ$209K/yr
