Job Purpose

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Product Analyst with experience in NetSuite and/or Salesforce to join our innovative IT Product Management team. The IT Product Analyst will bridge the gap between technical resources and business stakeholders, working closely with product managers to manage and refine backlog products. This role will involve gathering and preparing detailed planning and requirements in Jira, analyzing business processes, and ensuring seamless delivery of technology solutions that align with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate is a quick learner who possesses a solid understanding of NetSuite and/or Salesforce platforms, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They are patient and an excellent communicator, capable of engaging effectively with diverse roles and personalities. A self-starter with a bias toward action, this individual demonstrates the ability to identify and recommend process improvements. Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic, they are passionate about technology and bring a mindset of continuous improvement to the team.

Responsibilities

  • Possess a strong understanding of Salesforce and/or NetSuite platforms, including their core functionalities, workflows, and capabilities to effectively analyze business needs, identify opportunities for system optimization, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives
  • Translate high level business requirements into clear, actionable user stories in Jira to guide the development team
  • Interact with developers, QA, and business partners to ensure understanding of deliverables
  • Contribute to product strategy development using data-driven insights
  • Contribute to refining the product backlog through regular upkeep, grooming and priority scoring to optimize project tracking and execution
  • Analyze complex processes and work with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights, recommendations and implement process improvements
  • Partner with development teams to ensure the implementation of technical solutions follows best practices
  • Develop comprehensive training materials and deliver end-user training sessions to ensure successful adoption and effective use of new systems, processes, and technologies
  • Collaborate with the QA team during UAT sessions

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge in Salesforce and/or NetSuite
  • 1 years of experience in a similar analyst role, 2 years preferred
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical details and project expectations clearly to various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously with minimal supervision, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable and adaptable to the needs of a rapidly growing organization, with a strong work ethic

Preferred

  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification
  • Knowledge of integration tools such as Workato

The expected base salary range for this position is $67,000-$77,000, however the offered salarymay be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations. The base salary is not inclusive of benefits or other incentives.
