Role Snapshot
The Testing Platform Manager at iCEV leads efforts to gain industry recognition for certifications hosted on the platform through collaboration with state officials and industry partnerships. This role drives certification initiatives, manages the testing platform, and supports iCEV's mission to advance Career & Technical Education.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the iCEV Testing Platform while removing barriers to certification access, work with state education officials to secure recognition, develop relationships with industry organizations and business associations, and represent iCEV at conferences and industry events. Additionally, mentor team members, collaborate with revenue teams on company goals, provide customer support, and stay current with CTE education trends and policy.
Skills & Tools: Strong management skills including multitasking, organization, and long-term thinking; excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities; strong communication and interpersonal skills for building stakeholder relationships; and understanding of business and industry trends.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of two years of experience in partnership development or business development in an academic setting.

Compensation: $70Kβ$100K/yr
