Role Snapshot

Customer Success Manager at Branching Minds who serves as the primary point of contact for a large portfolio of K12 education clients, driving adoption and renewal success through a blend of account management, consultation, and product expertise.

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, including renewals in HubSpot, upsell identification, and automated customer journey building in ChurnZero. Serve as liaison between partners and internal teams, monitor account health metrics, and deliver progress updates highlighting ROI while identifying expansion opportunities.
Skills & Tools: Strong project management, technology proficiency with CRM and customer success platforms (HubSpot, ChurnZero), excellent communication and consultative skills, and experience in customer-facing roles with the ability to balance strategic guidance with efficient execution.
Qualifications: Preferred experience in account management, K12 education sector, or prior experience with Branching Minds; demonstrated success in customer success or account management roles required.
Location: United States
Compensation: $75K–$85K/yr
