About the role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the execution of marketing campaigns, coordinate events and digital initiatives, and help manage day-to-day operations of the marketing department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to grow and contribute in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels
• Coordinate social media content calendars and schedule posts
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics (e.g., email open rates, social engagement, website traffic)
• Help manage the company website and update content as needed
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Coordinate logistics for events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns
• Support the development of marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and email newsletters
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time
• Maintain the marketing database and organize digital assets
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team
What we are looking for:
• 2-3 years of marketing experience
• A university degree in a relevant discipline such as business or marketing
• Experience with using a CRM such as Salesforce
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot ideal)
• Experience in website management and SEO best practices (WordPress preference)
• Understanding of analytics tools, funnel tracking, and performance metrics
• Experience facilitating webinars, podcasts, or similar activities
• Hands-on experience with social media and paid advertising channels
• Ability to write compelling copy, calls to action, and persuasive pitches
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
Additional Items:
• Design experience including Adobe InDesign, HTML, CSS
• Video creation and marketing expertise
• Experience with Google AdWords and Google Analytics
