Compensation: $81900 - $81900 / Annually
This position reports to the Assistant Vice President for Experience and Collaboration within the Colorado State University Division of Information Technology. The Enterprise Software Service Lead is responsible for overseeing the CSU enterprise software licensing program for both CSU Fort Collins and CSU Pueblo, as well as supervising the team members supporting this function. This team includes specialists in software licensing procurement, software licensing support, and software accessibility.
The Division of IT’s Enterprise Software Administration Service manages end-user enterprise software licensing for employees and students at CSU Fort Collins and CSU Pueblo. These licenses support applications used across multiple colleges, divisions, or CSU Pueblo departments. The service encompasses license procurement and vendor management, software license lifecycle management, centralized license administration, user access management, automated licensing and deprovisioning, and support for accessibility and inclusive educational technology needs campus-wide.
This position also serves as the Division of Information Technology’s primary software liaison to campus communities, ensuring that enterprise software licensing needs are effectively met.
The preferred work location for this role is Fort Collins, CO; but highly qualified (US based) remote candidates will be considered.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or information technology or any bachelor’s degree and three years of applicable experience.
- Candidates with a high school diploma (or GED) and equivalent (7+ years) professional experience will be considered for employment (without the required bachelor’s education).
- 3 years of professional experience in related technology support, procurement or software licensing role to include experience in strategic technology sourcing and experience with enterprise software licensing administration.
- Demonstrated experience working with product life-cycle management, pricing models, and cost-recovery management.
- Experience developing, implementing, and using processes, metrics or key performance indicators that ensure high-quality services and user satisfaction.
- Demonstrated experience with interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to work across the organization, lead cross-functional teams
Preferred:
- Experience establishing policies, standard operating procedures, and best practices related to enterprise software licensing.
- Knowledge of Information and Computer Technology accessibility standards.
- Experience with IT Service Management and the ITIL Framework.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions within a defined protocol.
- Experience supervising staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
