Summary
As a Senior In-Services Specialist at MakeMusic, you will coordinate professional development programs for school districts, serving as the primary point of contact for in-service requests and ensuring high-quality delivery that aligns with company standards and client goals.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of in-service requests from intake through delivery, including scheduling, presenter assignment, logistics coordination, and outcome reporting. Build and maintain a network of qualified presenters, partner with Sales and Customer Success teams, and track program metrics to continuously improve delivery processes.
Skills & Tools: Strong project management, organizational skills, and CRM proficiency combined with excellent communication abilities and the capacity to effectively manage relationships with presenters, stakeholders, and school districts.
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in program coordination or similar roles with demonstrated proficiency in CRM tools; background in K-12 education or music education is preferred.
Location: Remote from Colorado, United States with up to 25% travel required
Compensation: $58,477 – $97,461 / annually
