We're looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to be a trusted collaborator for our go-to-market (GTM) organization in the U.S. In this role, you'll drive talent strategies, foster a positive work culture, and ensure our teams have what they need to succeed.

Here's what you'll do

  • Own the strategy. You’ll develop and execute HR plans that directly fuel sales and success, from workforce and succession planning to change management.
  • Champion talent. You’ll spearhead performance management, development programs, and total rewards within the business unit, supporting a culture where growth is prioritized and employees are empowered to reach their full potential.
  • Navigate employee relations. You’ll proactively address concerns, conduct investigations, and find the right outcomes.
  • Collaborate. You’ll embed yourself within the teams you support, building relationships, understanding their world, and providing HR insights that drive results. You’ll also work with other People Ops teams on company-wide initiatives.
  • Drive with data. Using HR metrics and trends, you’ll identify opportunities and create data-backed solutions.

Location

For this role, we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our offices in Lincoln, NE. We have a flexible work policy, but we’d like this role to have an in-office presence, so you’ll need to work in the Lincoln office 2–3 days a week.

Must-Haves

  • Experience. You’ve spent 5+ years as an HRBP or an HR generalist.
  • A people person. Your expertise is in relationship building, employee relations, and strategic HR planning.
  • Adaptable. You have a proactive mindset, which helps you stay on top of an ever-changing to-do list.
  • Data mindset. You’re passionate about using data to make informed decisions.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Applicable additional experience. If you’ve had proven success supporting Sales/GTM teams in SaaS or high growth organizations, that’s a plus.
  • HR certifications. Showing your commitment with a certification like SHRM-CP, PHR, etc. would give you a leg up on other applicants.

Our Role

  • Champion work-life harmony. We’ll give you the flexibility you need in your work life (e.g., flexible vacation time, company-wide holidays and timeout (meeting-free) days, remote work options and more) so you can enjoy your personal life too.
  • Guarantee autonomy. We have an open, honest culture and we trust our people from day one. Your team will support you, but you’ll own your work and have the agency to try new ideas.
  • Encourage career growth. We’re lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We’ll give you tons of resources and opportunities to keep growing.
  • Provide an environment to help you succeed. We've invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But whether you’re at the office or working remotely, we’ll provide you the tech stack and hardware to do your best work.
  • Support your mental and physical health. We care about our employees’ wellbeing. Our Employee Assistance Program, employee resource groups and fitness partner Peerfit have you covered.
  • Cover your medicalinsurance. We have multiple plans to pick from to ensure you’ll have the coverage you (and your dependents) want, including vision, dental, fertility healthcare and family forming benefits.
  • Contribute to your 401(K). Yep, that’s free money. We’ll match up to 4% of your own contribution.
