Summary

Onsite Speech Language Pathologist providing speech-language therapy services to school-aged children in Muskegon, Michigan for the 2025/26 school year. This role combines direct clinical care with administrative responsibilities in a school-based setting.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language pathology services and face-to-face therapy to students, participate in IEP meetings, complete documentation, and serve as a case manager. Coordinate with school instructors and clinical mentors to support diverse school-aged populations.
Skills & Tools: Active SLP license with ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCCs), experience conducting therapy in school or pediatric settings, and proficiency with technology and proprietary clinical platforms. Reliable transportation and strong communication skills required.
Qualifications: Hold an active, unrestricted, valid SLP license in state of residence with current ASHA CCCs and access to a personal laptop. Minimum 20-40 hours per week caseload availability and prior experience in school-based or pediatric therapy settings required.

We are currently hiring Onsite Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) in Muskegon, Michigan for the 25/26 school year!

What You’ll Do:

Grow and invest in your skills, capabilities, and career, by delivering Speech Language Pathology services to school-based children across the nation, leveraging technology that includes proprietary tools to support and enable clinical care, in an environment that is flexible to your needs.

  • Huddle up with school instructors and experienced clinical mentors to deliver outstanding Speech Language Pathology services to children in need.
  • Complete documentation and participate in IEP and team meetings, serve as a case manager or process coordinator
  • Develop your skills, career, and expertise within a supportive team-based environment.
  • Provide face-to-face therapeutic services to a diverse population of school aged children

Minimum Requirements:

  • Caseload availability ranging from 20 - 40 hours per week
  • Access to a personal laptop (not Chromebook) for conducting sessions and access to our proprietary platform
  • Hold an active, unrestricted, and valid SLP license in your state of residence in good standing
  • Hold CCCs: Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency
  • Full-time resident of the United States
  • Experience conducting therapy in a school setting, or with the pediatric population
  • Experience and comfortability with the use of various types of technology
  • Due to the nature of this role, consistent and reliable transportation is essential to ensure punctual and dependable attendance

Compensation: This is a W2 employment opportunity. Exact compensation band for providers who reside in AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, KS, KY, MI, MN, MT, NC, NH, NV, OK, OR, SC, UT, WI, and WY is $44-$49 an hour, with the opportunity to earn up to a $250 (up to $3,000 per year) monthly incentive for providers who work 60 hours or more in an invoicing period (approximately every 2 weeks) and meet other eligibility criteria. Exact hourly rate will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, geographical location, and other qualifications.
