Summary
The Events Coordinator at College Possible plans and executes student-centered events to enhance engagement and build community partnerships, directly supporting the organization's mission to help students access and succeed in higher education.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and coordinate program events including student outreach and staff training, manage campus visits to partner colleges, and support the External Relations Team with event planning and execution. Responsibilities include staff and student communication, vendor coordination, RSVP management, and maintaining internal safety protocols.
Skills & Tools: Strong event planning and project management experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office; excellent communication and public speaking abilities are essential.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and at least two years of full-time work experience in event planning and partnership cultivation are required; experience with AmeriCorps programs is a plus.
Location: St Paul, Minnesota, United States
Compensation: $45,000 β $60,000/year
