Role Snapshot
The Program Specialist for Educational Development will manage projects within the National Teacher Ambassadors for FFA program, creating and updating educational resources while overseeing operational logistics and bridging partnerships between corporate sponsors and educators.
Key Responsibilities: Execute operational and functional aspects of the teacher ambassador program, manage project processes and logistics, update and review educational content such as lesson plans and online learning resources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging educational materials.
Skills & Tools: Required skills include creativity in resource development, strong project management, effective communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams while demonstrating agricultural education expertise and proficiency with computer systems.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree is required with a Master's degree preferred, and 3-5 years of relevant work experience in agricultural education, classroom teaching, or logistics planning is required.
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Compensation: $50Kβ$75K/yr
