Summary
Center Director position at C2 Education leading educational center operations in Livingston, NJ, responsible for driving student enrollment, managing staff, and ensuring high-quality educational services and center profitability.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily center operations, manage enrollment and revenue strategies, develop and supervise staff, conduct student assessments, maintain parent communication, manage finances, and ensure adherence to curriculum standards and policies.
Skills & Tools: Leadership, communication, budget management, organizational skills, time management, problem-solving, team management, and ability to drive enrollment targets.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years in a leadership role with proven team management and budget management experience. Bachelor's degree or higher required with ability to achieve enrollment targets.
Location: Livingston, New Jersey, United States
Compensation: $55,000 – $60,000/year
