Summary
Implementation Lead for Nelnet's new fintech platform serving higher education institutions, responsible for designing client onboarding processes and managing complex client migrations.
Key Responsibilities: Design standardized onboarding methodologies and implementation frameworks, develop change management strategies, lead client migration efforts, coordinate data transfers, manage client communications, and establish project management frameworks with risk assessment protocols.
Skills & Tools: 5+ years ERP/SIS implementation experience, project management certification (PMP/Agile), expertise in software implementations preferably in fintech or edtech, strong communication and analytical abilities, and experience with data migration.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field; 5+ years ERP/SIS implementation experience; 3+ years working with higher education institutions; and current US work authorization without sponsorship.
Location: Remote from Nebraska, United States of America
Compensation: $115,000/year
