Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $95,000 - $130,000.
Your Role
We’re looking for a Manager of Channel, Demand, and Lifecycle to lead the strategy and execution of our demand generation engine. You’ll connect email, social, paid, web, and lifecycle marketing into one cohesive system that drives predictable pipeline and long-term customer engagement. This role manages our social media team, paid media manager, and lifecycle marketing manager, and works in close partnership with our web development team, global marketing team and external freelancers and agencies. You’ll report to the Director of Marketing Operations and work closely with department leadership—including business unit (BU) marketing directors, sales, and the VP of Marketing—to deliver measurable funnel performance.
This role requires 3 days in the Lincoln office per week. We're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our headquarters in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Must-Haves
- Experienced in B2B SaaS Demand Generation. You have 8–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, lifecycle, or growth marketing, with a focus on connecting multiple channels.
- A strong people leader. You have direct people leadership experience with a record of building and mentoring teams, and you’re adept at coaching and guiding marketers.
- A systems expert. You have deep expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce, able to design complex nurture and automation programs.
- Analytical. You have an analytical mindset and are confident in funnel reporting, cohort analysis, and optimization, providing data-driven insights to leadership.
Nice-to-Haves
- Domain experience. Experience with B2B2C models or Software as a Service (SaaS) and Hardware enabled SaaS is a plus.
- Relevant credentials. HubSpot certification is strongly preferred, and other email/lifecycle certifications are a plus.
