Summary
Campaign Operations Specialist role at Superhuman (formerly Grammarly) responsible for overseeing the webinar program and marketing operations workflows to ensure efficient execution, data integrity, and scalable campaign support.
Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end webinar and demand generation campaign execution including setup, launch, follow-up, and reporting; maintain lead capture and routing workflows in Pardot, Zapier, and Salesforce while collaborating with multiple teams to ensure seamless data flow and campaign optimization.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Pardot, Salesforce, Zapier, and webinar platforms (ideally Goldcast); meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with proactive problem-solving capabilities.
Qualifications: 2+ years of hands-on B2B marketing operations or campaign execution experience; demonstrated expertise in marketing automation platforms and event management with a process-minded, detail-oriented approach.
Location: Remote from United States and Canada; potential travel during scheduled team collaboration weeks as determined by managers.
Compensation: $94,000 β $130,000/year
