Summary
Manager of National Talent Solutions at Per Scholas leading campus enablement, learning, and staff development initiatives. This role designs and delivers training programs to optimize job attainment and enhance engagement across the organization's Talent Solutions teams.
Key Responsibilities: Lead onboarding and training programs for staff, develop site-level performance reports, manage Slack channels and documentation, and facilitate cross-regional collaboration. Partner with account management teams, review performance data, monitor tool utilization, and provide coverage support for job order and account management functions.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication and relationship management skills with experience in Account Management or Workforce Services. Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot, creativity in solution development, and excellent organizational abilities.
Qualifications: 1-2 years of relevant experience in a related field with a focus on job attainment and training. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams with strong organizational and documentation skills.
Location: United States
Compensation: $55Kโ$60K/yr
