Job Description:
We’re looking for an articulate and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Representative for student travel programs. This is not your typical sales role — experience in sales isn’t required, but a genuine curiosity, strong communication skills, and emotional intelligence are essential. In this fast-paced and dynamic environment, you’ll connect with schools, teachers, and organizations to share travel experiences that can transform students’ lives.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective parents, students, or leads using provided scripts and contact lists.
- Handle inbound calls from prospective parents and students and discuss the value of the program.
- Clearly communicate the value of our programs and answer basic questions
- Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups in CRM system
- Meet daily and monthly call quotas and sales performance targets
- Follow up with interested contacts to guide them through next steps.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Windows basics like Excel and Word, and preferably on CRM tools as well
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
