Summary

Handshake is seeking experienced Child, Family, and School Social Workers to participate in a remote AI training project where they will evaluate and improve AI models using their professional expertise. Participants will develop prompts, assess AI responses, and provide structured feedback to strengthen AI understanding of social work practices.

Key Responsibilities: Develop AI prompts relevant to social work fields, evaluate AI-generated responses based on professional experience, and deliver structured feedback to improve AI model performance. Work asynchronously on tasks including case management scenarios, counseling situations, and stakeholder liaison responsibilities.

Skills & Tools: Ability to evaluate AI responses critically within the social work context, strong professional judgment in case management and counseling, and capacity to provide clear, structured feedback. Experience in family and school social work, client assessment, service planning, and cross-agency coordination preferred.

Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of professional experience in child, family, and/or school social work involving case history documentation, client interviews, counseling, or agency liaison work. Background in family and school social work with experience in case management, counseling, and stakeholder coordination required.

Location: Remote, asynchronous work from anywhere with base in San Francisco, California, United States

Compensation: $75/hour
