We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Business Systems Team, responsible for managing and supporting Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Location: Location is United States, occasional travel up to 10% as needed
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $90,000 - $140,000.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will be an integral part of the Business Systems Team, responsible for administration and support of Salesforce. You will join a team that handles everything from ETL integration configurations, 3rd party application support and everything Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud. Business Systems supports Finance, Legal, Revenue Operations, Customer Support, Customer Success, and HR teams. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the company, understand their business needs and translate them into efficient solutions. You will also mentor and train other members of the team to ensure our team is continually growing our skills.
In this role, you will:
- Administer and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, using declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.).
- Configure and support Salesforce embedded applications and integrations such as Conga
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT partners to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes using Salesforce best practices.
- Manage support requests, configuration changes, and bulk data updates while adhering to change control processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and industry trends; proactively identify opportunities to improve system functionality and user experience.
- Document system configurations, processes, and training materials; support end-user training and adoption.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
- Mentor and support other administrators and team members.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on experience administering Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce declarative development, especially Flow Builder (must be able to demonstrate).
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform App builder certifications are required.
- Experience supporting Conga Contracts or similar CLM tools.
- Exposure to DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or Salesforce DX.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ETL tools and third-party applications.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work core business hours (8–5 in any US time zone) with occasional evening/weekend support for major releases.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for code review and testing
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud a major plus
- Familiarity with AI or automation tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Bonus points if you have experience leveraging AI or automation tools to enhance workflow efficiency and output quality
