Summary
The Bush School seeks a Director of Technology to lead IT initiatives and oversee technology infrastructure while ensuring technology enhances educational experiences and operational efficiency across the K-12 independent school.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee IT infrastructure, manage technology integration in classrooms, supervise a team of three technology staff members, and collaborate with school leadership on strategic technology initiatives and instructional technology strategy.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in technology management, enterprise data systems, leading change management initiatives, instructional technology thought partnership, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of technology leadership experience, preferably in an educational setting.
Location: Hybrid in Seattle, Washington, United States
Compensation: $170,000 – $190,000/year
