What You'll Do
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of high-impact product features across one or more agile teams. This role is responsible for owning a smaller product or multiple features within a complex product, driving execution, and contributing to product strategy. The Senior Product Owner will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
What You'll Need (Requirements)
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
- 6 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or business analysis in an agile environment.
- At least 3 years of experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant technical field
- SAFe PM/PO certification
- Experience with Lean Startup methods and customer research frameworks (e.g., Jobs To Be Done).
- Familiarity with web and native mobile technologies.
- Scrum Product Owner certification.
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams.

- Demonstrate deep understanding of customer needs, use cases, and market trends.
- Translate business and customer problems into actionable backlog items and guide design and engineering teams toward effective solutions.
- Participate in customer interviews, feedback sessions, and industry events.
- Recommend and implement processes for discovering customer needs.
Product Strategy & Execution
- Contribute to product vision and roadmap in alignment with business strategy.
- Support business case development and pricing strategy recommendations.
- Use competitive analysis and market insights to inform product direction.
- Make strategic recommendations considering commercial viability and customer impact.
Backlog & Agile Delivery
- Own and prioritize the product backlog independently, ensuring continuous delivery of value.
- Write clear, detailed specifications and user stories for complex features.
- Lead sprint planning, refinement, and reviews with minimal guidance.
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle components from planning to release.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Analyze product usage data, customer feedback, and market metrics to inform prioritization and strategy.
- Track KPIs and use insights to optimize product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Make trade-off decisions based on data and business priorities.
- Manage day-to-day issues and propose solutions independently.
Go-to-Market & Release Management
- Own release notes, training materials, and in-app announcements.
- Coordinate feature releases and communicate readiness across teams.
- Monitor post-launch feedback and emerging issues to ensure successful adoption.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a key point of contact for engineering, UX, support, and marketing teams.
- Build strong internal networks and mentor junior Product Owners.
- Represent product domain(s) to peers, managers, and external audiences.
