Summary
Account Executive responsible for managing and expanding enterprise customer accounts (1501+ employees) for KnowBe4's security solutions. Focus on achieving and exceeding monthly sales quotas through new business development and account growth.
Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell KnowBe4's products to enterprise-sized businesses, identify and close new customers, build and maintain prospect pipelines, and achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, articulate product value propositions, and follow up on marketing leads to generate sales opportunities.
Skills & Tools: Proven sales experience with strong communication abilities (verbal and written), familiarity with IT security concepts, and proficiency with Salesforce and Gmail. Must be self-motivated, stats-driven, collaborative, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred with 3+ years of proven sales experience selling software to Small Medium Enterprise (SME) markets. Network or Security Plus certification preferred.
Location: Remote position available for candidates based in Phoenix, Arizona (US office only)
Compensation: $200,000 – $210,000 / annually
