Role Snapshot
Content Operations Associate at Go1 manages the full lifecycle of distributed learning content and evolves internal systems to support global learning initiatives. This fully remote role places you at the intersection of strategy, operations, and product excellence with visible impact across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the complete content lifecycle from onboarding through retirement, manage and optimize the internal CRM for content providers, and implement process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally with Data, Product, Content, Sales, and Engineering teams while maintaining documentation and providing operational support.
Skills & Tools: Strong problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a process improvement mindset with proficiency in Excel and operational tools like Airtable and Jira. Excellent organizational skills, collaborative spirit, and demonstrated interest in the SaaS ecosystem.
Qualifications: At least one year of experience in an administrative or customer support role with a strong interest in SaaS and operational tools. Must be located in Eastern or Central time zones of the United States.
