Summary

Join BibliU as a Retail Sales Support team member in Reading, PA to enhance customer service and fulfill orders during peak periods in a vibrant campus store environment. This temporary, part-time position supports the company's mission to make educational materials more accessible and affordable.

Key Responsibilities: Engage customers on the sales floor, maintain organized displays, manage and fulfill customer orders, assist with textbook purchases and merchandising, and support shipping and receiving operations. Key duties include stocking textbooks, processing outgoing shipments and returns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Skills & Tools: Customer service expertise, ability to work quickly and accurately in fast-paced environments, strong teamwork and communication skills, and attention to detail. Proficiency in order management and basic inventory organization is beneficial.
Qualifications: Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required; dependability and team orientation are essential. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to multitask in a busy environment and maintain high attention to detail.
Location: Hybrid in Reading, Pennsylvania, United States (Reading Area Community College, 10 South 2nd Street)
Compensation: $12.00/hour
