Summary
Business Development Representative who qualifies leads and converts them into sales opportunities for KnowBe4's IT security products. This hybrid role serves as pre-sales support, partnering with marketing and sales teams to identify and engage prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify prospective customers, develop outbound prospecting campaigns, respond to inbound leads, and maintain accurate lead information in Salesforce and Salesloft. Track qualification activity and provide detailed prospect information to enable productive sales demos.
Skills & Tools: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency with Gmail, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office, and strong organizational abilities. Familiarity with IT security concepts and CRM/sales automation tools is required, along with a friendly phone presence and persistent follow-up capabilities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or relevant sales/business development experience preferred. Proven leadership abilities, organizational skills, and strong computer proficiency required.
Location: Hybrid in Clearwater, Florida, United States (open to greater Tampa Bay area candidates)
Compensation: $45,000 – $70,000/year
