You will connect pricing and packaging, quote-to-cash processes, systems, and data into a repeatable and efficient growth model, serving as the key link between Revenue Operations and cross-functional teams. You will own complex revenue tech stack and cross-functional programs that shorten quote-to-cash cycles, reduce manual work, strengthen controls, and unlock new revenue streams at scale.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
- Lead the Revenue Transformation & Q2C roadmap by defining, prioritizing, and delivering a multi-quarter portfolio of initiatives that streamline, scale, and automate the quote-to-cash lifecycle
- Support and enable the entire revenue operations team by translating their needs into scalable, systemized Q2C processes
- Lead systems design, UAT, and change management for revenue-impacting changes
- Strengthen controls and SOX compliance across revenue systems by identifying gaps, designing robust processes, and embedding appropriate approvals, audit trails, and segregation of duties
- Support M&A and new revenue streams by designing and integrating Q2C workflows, billing models, and data flows that enable accurate, automated invoicing and revenue recognition from day one
- Drive insight and continuous improvement by leveraging data, dashboards, and deep-dive analyses to measure performance, inform prioritization, and continuously optimize the Q2C ecosystem
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Revenue Accounting, Finance Transformation, Quote-to-Cash, or revenue systems roles
- Strong understanding of SaaS order-to-cash processes (quoting, contracting, order management, billing, collections, revenue recognition), including familiarity with ASC 606
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and at least one major billing / ERP platform (e.g., Stripe Billing, Zuora, NetSuite, Workday, or similar), plus comfort working with data (SQL or Snowflake or HEX BI tools is a plus)
- Proven success leading complex, cross-functional transformation projects with Sales, RevOps, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Business Systems teams
- Equally comfortable mapping out a process in detail, writing requirements, and thinking at “system architecture” level across CRM, CPQ, billing, ERP, and data warehouse
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
- CPA and/or Big 4 revenue / technical accounting background
- Experience with usage-based pricing and associated billing models
- Prior experience building or owning Q2C capabilities in a public-company or SOX environment
- Netsuite, Stripe Billing, Zone Billing, and Snowflake experience
