Handshake is recruiting Transportation, Storage, and Distribution Manager Professionals to participate in a remote, flexible, contract-based AI Trainer project that requires no prior AI experience. You'll leverage your professional expertise to evaluate AI-generated content and provide structured feedback to strengthen AI models' understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and provide feedback on AI-generated content relevant to transportation and logistics, develop prompts for AI interactions, and assess AI model responses in your field of expertise. Work is asynchronous and flexible with no minimum commitment, averaging 5-20 hours.

Skills & Tools: Professional experience in warehouse operations, logistics management, team supervision, and compliance enforcement. Ability to provide clear, structured feedback and develop effective prompts for AI model training.

Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in transportation, logistics, warehousing, or related fields with hands-on responsibilities in operations, safety compliance, staff management, or supply chain optimization. Work authorization in the USA required; F-1 students with CPT/OPT eligibility may apply.

Location: San Francisco, California

Compensation: $75/hr
