Summary

Daifuku Airport America Corporation seeks a Learning and Development Specialist to design, implement, and manage company-wide training initiatives and performance management processes for new hires and existing employees. The role ensures effective skill development while supporting organizational needs and employee retention.

Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver learning initiatives, administer the Learning Management System, maintain training records and calendars, evaluate training effectiveness, and manage the company-wide Performance Management process. The specialist also assists with recruiting activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Learning Management Systems and Performance Management Systems (preferably Cornerstone), Microsoft Office, strong verbal and written communication skills, and presentation abilities. Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills are essential for managing training programs and supporting multiple stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Training, Human Resources, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience with LMS and PMS programs. Proficiency in Cornerstone platform is preferred.
Location: Hybrid in Novi, Michigan, United States
Compensation: $60,000 – $85,000/year
