Summary
Join Peaksware as a People Operations Business Partner to align business objectives with employee engagement and support leadership in a mission-driven organization. This role focuses on enhancing workplace morale, retention, and employee relations in a collaborative, trust-based partnership.
Skills & Tools: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with extensive HR knowledge including employment laws and best practices. Experience in employee relations, coaching, mentoring, and excellent time management with the ability to analyze and resolve complex HR issues.
Qualifications: Previous experience as a Business Partner or HR Manager with a proven track record of resolving complex HR issues. PHR or SHRM certification is preferred.
Location: Hybrid in Louisville, Colorado, United States
Compensation: $79,022 – $131,704 / annually
