Role Snapshot
Join iCEV as a Curriculum Alignment & Assessment Developer to enhance curriculum alignment with industry standards while contributing to Career & Technical Education initiatives. This role involves collaboration with educators and industry experts to create assessments that support student growth and ensure educational materials remain relevant and effective.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze and align iCEV content to state, national, and industry standards, develop assessments such as pre-tests and post-tests to measure student growth, and collaborate with educators and industry experts to maintain curriculum relevance. Work closely with the Product team to integrate alignment and assessment strategies and update alignments based on new standards and product developments.
Skills & Tools: Proficient in written English grammar, spelling, and punctuation with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively, receive constructive feedback positively, and apply strong organizational and communication skills in a flexible work environment.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, with prior experience in the education sector or EdTech industry considered a plus. Certification in relevant industry-recognized programs is encouraged.
Location: Lubbock, Texas
Compensation: $50K–$75K/yr
